I am a solo attorney with over 30 years of legal and business experience, who focuses on representing individual and business clients primarily in real estate and business and commercial transactions, and in estate planning. I generally serve clients in Sussex, Morris, Passaic, Bergen, Warren, Hunterdon and Somerset counties.

I offer free initial consultations in most matters, and I will travel to you if this is more convenient. I touch and shape each aspect of the legal services I provide.
