In land use planning and development, I offer the following services:
- Representing the developer before planning and zoning boards.
- Preparation of applications for subdivision approvals and zoning variances.
- Coordination of services of engineers, surveyors, planners and contractors.
- Representation before the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection regarding wetlands, stream encroachment, spill prevention and remediation, etc.
- Representation of developers in the Highland Planning District before the Highlands Commission.
I offer legal services in real estate on a fixed fee or hourly fee basis. In most residential real estate transactions, my services are offered on a fixed-fee basis.
